I’m a founder, qualified coach and commercial leader with over a decade of experience building businesses, leading teams and helping others unlock meaningful progress. My background spans agency, platform and product ventures, but the through-line in everything I do is simple: create clarity, cut through the noise, and help ambitious people move forward with intent.

I’ve scaled and reshaped multiple ventures, advised early-stage teams and sat on the other side of the table as a founder facing tough calls. My mentoring is focused on companies up to £3m in annual revenue, because that’s where my experience and pattern recognition are strongest.

I also coach individuals at any stage. Coaching is a different discipline to mentoring: it’s about creating space for clarity and change in one specific area, whether that’s leadership, performance or personal growth.

After working with a coach myself, I trained formally and began supporting founders and operators one-to-one. I don’t deal in theory or fluff. I work with people who want to move and want someone who can bring structure, lived experience and sharp commercial thinking to help make it happen.

Having relocated to Dubai, set up a business and worked in the territory, I also support those who want practical advice on navigating business and life here.

I care most about three things: impact, intensity and integrity.

That means showing up fully. Saying what needs to be said. Doing work that matters.

People describe me as someone who combines a blend of marketing strategy and commercial understanding with the ability to cut straight to the heart of a problem. I bring energy without the ego, and I’m known for being clear, committed and unafraid to challenge when it counts.
