Adam is a start-up junkie who has helped launch a dozen products 0-1 including Cash App and Square Loans. 

He was first 100 employees at Square (now Block) where he led a variety of industry defining risk & fraud systems. 

He then transformed a 20 year old financial services firm into a streamlined scaleable Fintech primed for acquisition. 

He has started and scaled a d2c/b consumer bone broth business in the bay area. 

He led partnerships and growth at Better through a period of hypergrowth when employee count went from 600 to 12,000 people in a 12 month period. 

In addition to being an expert at early stage start-ups, he’s an investor and advisor to many tech companies. 

He is Head of Product, working on building a decentralized game engine and web3 game called Pirate Nation.
