In her nights and weekends, she supports female founders on their capital raises as a volunteer board member with the Agora Initiative. Amelia spent four years at Capital One, where she held roles leading ventures teams, innovation strategy, and enterprise-wide program development. Prior to joining Capital One, Amelia co-founded Hatch Apps, a Y Combinator and Morgan Stanley-backed enterprise software startup. In her last year there, Hatch Apps was listed alongside Amazon, SpaceX, and Robinhood in Entrepreneur magazine as a “brilliant company” that has caught investors’ attention.
