I’m a Venture Partner at Seedcamp, one of Europe’s top early-stage VC funds, where I help founders sharpen their pitch decks, refine their fundraising strategy, and optimise for product-led growth.

As an advisor and executive coach, I’ve supported dozens of founders, VPs of Product, and design leaders to lead with clarity, grow their teams, and achieve product–market fit.

Before moving into venture capital, I founded Clearleft — the UK’s first (and arguably best) UX design studio — working with brands like Spotify, Mozilla, eBay, Burberry, Virgin Atlantic, and Penguin Books.

I also wrote The Growth Equation, a practical playbook that helps early-stage founders find their first users, build traction, and reach $1M in revenue and beyond.
