Prior to Acquicent, I was head of communications and Chief Evangelist of Verizon’s digital media unit. I joined Verizon following their $400M acquisition of EdgeCast Networks, a company I helped launch and establish as a leader in the web acceleration space. At EdgeCast, my responsibilities spanned the entire marketing and communications gamut.

I've held founder and/or leadership roles in several other technology startups, helping grow them from idea stage to multi-million dollar revenue streams, and through three acquisitions.

Whether raising capital, building world-class teams, or forging strategic partnerships, I have more than 20 years of experience starting, building, and selling companies.

I have also spent a substantial amount of time in and around politics and government, ranging from staff member (to U.S. Senator Angus King) to fundraiser (served on Barack Obama's finance committee).
