# Arif Haq > Workshop Experience Designer And Facilitator A ‘workshop’ is a meeting that needs to go beyond the regular in order to achieve a specific task. Perhaps you need to launch a new company initiative and want your team to feel inspired and equipped to deliver it confidently? Or maybe you need to make a tricky decision between stakeholders who may not see things the same way? Or you might want to generate game changing ideas by allowing your team to exchange the comfort of the familiar for the potential of the as yet ambiguous. Whatever you’re thinking of, I can help refine and supercharge your plans practically and quickly during our time together. I’m Arif, a Facilitator who has designed and delivered interactive workshops on six of the world’s seven continents - from small board meetings at founder-led companies, large conferences for the likes of Diageo and PepsiCo, and live training at number 10 Downing Street for the U.K. Government’s Communications Team. Previously to my 12 years experience as a Facilitator, I worked in PepsiCo’s Brand Management team, so I know business and team dynamics. After that I founded a consultancy division at the creative insight company Contagious (now owned by Cannes Lions). Today I divide my time between my own practise and a role as Director of Brand Learning at TwentyFirstCenturyBrand. I am also a Masterclass leader at D&AD for two of their courses on the topic of Creativity.
