Hi, I’m Ashley Kennedy, M.Ed. — Founder and CEO of Empowered Inc., and a passionate consultant, workshop facilitator, strategist, author, and speaker dedicated to equipping Christian business owners, business owners, and nonprofit leaders to build through innovation, revenue exploration, funding, and strategic planning.

With a B.A. in Communication Studies and a Master’s in Leadership in Higher Education from Baldwin Wallace University, I bring more than a decade of experience in higher education, project and organizational management, and faith-based program development and management.

At Empowered Inc., I guide  leaders through mindset coaching, strategic innovation, and the cultivation of transformational spaces and events that ignite growth, renew purpose, and elevate excellence in both life and business.
