Hello, I'm Bevon Joseph, a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech and finance industries. My work with the Greenwood Project has significantly impacted Black and Latinx students, providing them with the resources and opportunities needed to succeed in finance. Under my leadership, the organization raised more than $2M, making it one of the fastest-growing nonprofits in Chicago.

In 2023, I launched The Social Capital Guy Podcast to share insights on networking and social capital for career advancement. I'm also the author of "The Intern's Blueprint: From Internship to Career," a guide designed to navigate professional growth with a focus on the impact of internships.

I mentor entrepreneurs, particularly those with a social impact focus, believing in the potential of brands for social good. As a disruptor who challenges the status quo, I hold the conviction that anyone can change the world. Through my roles as a motivational speaker and career coach, especially for young individuals, I strive to inspire and empower the next generation.
