Founder and CEO of DLJdirect - the first successful online brokerage firm. Led the firm from inception to launching in UK, Japan, Hong Kong, and UAE. Took company public on NYSE as the second largest internet IPO of its time at a valuation of $2 billion. Company had over 1800 employees around the world. Eventually led the privatization of the company and ultimate sale to Bank of Montreal and later E\*Trade. 

Launched one of the first fintech offshore development groups, iNautix, in Chennai, India. This group has grown to over 5,000 employees and is now the second largest office of Bank of New York Mellon. 

Co-founded an innovative online asset management firm, Formula Investing, that used the investing methodology of legendary value investor Joel Greenblatt as outlined in his book “The Little Book that Beats the Market” Created an online site that allowed investors with as little as $25k to have their assets managed professionally in a separate account. Later launched mutual funds, institutional separate accounts and long/short funds. Firm now successfully manages billions in assets.
