Cardinal Lands is capitalized with nearly $100M of equity and debt across its portfolio, pipeline and operating company. 

Previously, Bryan was the first employee, Managing Director and Head of Growth at Life House, the first tech-enabled hotel operator with 75+ independent hotels signed or open under long term management agreements at the culmination of his tenure in 2022, supported by nearly $80M in funding from Booking Holdings, Tiger Global, Sound Ventures, and many others.

I separately invest in and selectively provide advisory services to high-growth businesses in the hospitality, marketplace, and B2B SAAS spaces, with a specific focus on supporting founders who I have an ability to add direct value to through my prior experience and/or my hospitality, real estate and venture capital networks.
