# C.H. McCray

C.H. McCray is an independent systems theorist, consultant, and author working on general architectures of bounded agency, accessibility, relational reality, consciousness, and cross-domain systems structure. His research spans systems philosophy, theoretical systems science, communication, and the conditions under which people and institutions reconstruct reality from incomplete access to it.

His work is informed by more than two decades of applied experience across strategy, sales, marketing, organizational systems, leadership, and consulting. He has worked with businesses ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to Fortune 100 organizations, with a particular focus on how people, information, incentives, relationships, and operating systems interact in real environments.

McCray is President & CEO of House Volition, a consulting firm serving Christ-centered organizations through strategy, systems design, organizational development, hospitality, marketing, and implementation. His broader work examines how complex systems remain coherent under constraint, how information changes as it passes between people and structures, and how seemingly small differences in access, interpretation, timing, and context can produce materially different outcomes.

He is the author of Good Intentions, a practical examination of sincere human misunderstanding and the ways well-intentioned people can miss one another despite care, effort, and good faith. He is also the originator of Onodynamics and Concept Zero, two bodies of work exploring relational reality, bounded systems, accessibility, and the structural limits through which finite hosts encounter a reality larger than they can fully contain.
