She is also the owner of Signature Notary Services in Los Angeles and is listed on the National Notary Association website.  

Carolyn formerly served as Chief People & Culture Officer at Shondaland, Inc., where she oversaw talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation, DEIA&B, compliance, and organization design.  Her career spans entertainment, advertising, finance, and education. She holds credentials from Nichols College, CSU Long Beach, Cornell University, and Harvard University.
