With roots in editorial, Carson has worked across brands such as Gap, Nike, Perelel, Who What Wear, Banana Republic, Beyond Yoga, Formula Fig, PAIGE, Solid & Striped and more. Today, she partners with emerging visionaries to turn the next generation of consumer brands into category-defining names in culture.

As Strategy Director at Invisible Dynamics, the agency led Gap’s multi-year brand transformation across brand strategy, culture & collaborations, social strategy, seasonal marketing campaigns, and categories including GapKids and GapBody. The work drove nine consecutive quarters of market share gains and nearly a $1B swing in net income. Its “Better in Denim” campaign featuring KATSEYE generated 500M+ views and is one of the most viral campaigns of 2025.

Previously, Carson was part of the founding team at Perelel, the first OB/GYN-founded vitamin, as Director of Content & Community before later returning as Senior Creative Director. Perelel secured investment from Unilever Ventures two years after launch and was named Glossy’s Wellness Brand of the Year.
