The iGrill became a global brand, selling over a million units through retailers like Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Best Buy. In 2017, Weber-Stephen acquired iGrill for $47 million. As CEO and founder of iDevices, he positioned the company in the IoT space and was among the first to join Apple's HomeKit launch. Hubbell Inc. acquired iDevices for $60 million in April 2017, where Christopher remained as President until July 2020 before starting his venture at iCleanse.
