Daniel Karim is the founder and chief executive officer of Alexandrian, where he connects the next generation of leaders with the great leaders of the past and present.

Known as “Ghost,” Daniel travels the world, interviewing global leaders to collect, preserve, and protect wisdom through his podcast and for his behavior university.

His university's motto, “Ad Mortem Et Ultra” (To Death and Beyond), is inspired by his father, who, despite a fatal illness, helped Daniel rediscover his path amid turmoil and demonstrated that mentoring should transcend even death. This journey has driven him to focus on the intersection of psychology, leadership, and technology, empowering the next generation through ancestral advisory and creating an intergenerational knowledge repository for leadership.

Daniel's career spans from being a basketball player to building businesses in the tech education space. He has authored hundreds of works on human nature, leadership, and character development, and he serves as a board advisor, executive mentor, and corporate consultant to Fortune 500 companies and world leaders from diverse industries.

When he’s not working on his start ups or interviewing world leaders, Daniel enjoys playing basketball, riding his dirtbike, and smoking cigars—though not all at once.
