My passion is people; that's why I host the behavioural science podcast 'A Load of BS on Sport', because I'm interested in human psychology, performance, decision making and motivation.

I co-founded equity crowdfunding platform CrowdBnk in the UK in 2013, from there led the corporate innovation and venture capital practice for a South African family office, focusing on InsurTech (e.g. Comparethemarket.com) and Restaurant Operations Tech (e.g. Nando’s).

Since then, I’ve built ventures for futuristic city NEOM in Saudi Arabia across healthcare, BioTech and MarTech at Portfolio T venture studio.

Today, I run 2 businesses:
