I am the founder and CEO of Train Like A Gymnast, a celebrity trainer, published model, content creator, and USC Alumna. My background in gymnastics taught me and also failed to teach me many of the things she covers in her speeches, coaching sessions, and retreats. I am on a mission to show people how capable they truly are and better the lives of everyone I meet. My calming, yet firm demeanor helps my audiences and clients feel safe and supported as they navigate new concepts and movements.
