I am a former Sporting Director / CEO with over 20 years of experience working in sport across a comprehensive variety of operational and leadership roles. 
I have extensive experience of leading the delivery of high performance services for the likes of Liverpool FC, Qatar Football Association, the Great Britain Olympic teams, Al Ain FC (champions of Asia), and Manchester United.
Having worked at the highest level of elite sport, I have been part of the ‘team behind the team’ that have won The Premier League, World and Olympic Medals, Asian Football Confederation Championships, and FA Youth Cups.
I understand how to build, lead and manage high performance teams / cultures and how to drive and coach people to achieve their goals. I am trained and experienced in executive coaching and leadership mentoring and utilise this skill set in my sessions.
I also hold degree qualifications in Sports Science and Science and Football, a Masters degree in Sport Psychology, and a recent MBA from a top tier business school.
