Efe Fruci is a visionary, motivator, community builder, educator and mental health activist. She is a globally recognized career and confidence coach, TEDx speaker, scientist, consultant, serial entrepreneur, and author of Faith Over Fear. With 10+ years of experience in public speaking, coaching and consulting working with organizations such as Accenture, GSK, Pfizer and Oxford University Hospital.

She also founded The Bigger Ideas Conference™ and Founder and executive director of  Odihi Foundation.

I am passionate about serving others, especially women, through my lived experiences and extensive career backgrounds to learn how to shape their ideas and take them to the next level.
