As the Head of International Talent Acquisition for GE HealthCare, I oversee the recruitment strategies across more than 150 markets globally.

Along with my dynamic team of 90+ talent professionals, we successfully place over 7,000 talents annually, fueling GE HealthCare's continued growth and innovation.

Over the past 17+ years of HR leadership experience, I've shaped talent strategies for industry leaders including Vodafone, PepsiCo, J&J, e&, Delivery Hero, and most recently GE HealthCare. My expertise spans both global strategy design and regional operational execution and management.

Beyond my corporate role, I'm completing my Global Executive PhD. at ESCP business school, with a focus on “employee engagement”, designing practical interventions for today’s workplace challenges leveraging robust research methodologies.

I also share my knowledge as a lecturer in Organizational Behavior and Change Management for BA and MBA students here in Berlin.
