I am a dedicated advocate, mentor, and influential figure in the podcasting industry. With 17 years of experience, I've consistently championed diversity and representation in podcasting.

In my role as the Director of Community and Content at Libsyn, I am the creative force behind the award winning The Feed: The Official Libsyn Podcast, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary with over 1.6 million downloads. I oversee content strategy, concept development, and engagement with podcasters.

I've also made significant contributions to the industry by introducing innovative content and social media strategies, inspiring the creation of the society and culture track at Podcast Movement, and becoming an inductee into the Academy of Podcasters Hall of Fame.

I co-founded She Podcasts, the first large scale community for women and non-binary podcasters, which has grown to over 20,000 members. 

I've created educational podcasting content, including workshops, webinars, and meet-ups, to empower aspiring podcasters at all stages of their journey.

My initiatives, such as \#ClaimPodParity, highlight the voices of female audio creators, and I'm a spokesperson for Edison's Latino Podcast Listening Report, shedding light on the impact of Latino voices in podcasting. I also actively participate in the BIPOC Podcast Creators initiative to support multicultural creators in the industry.

Through my work, I've built and nurtured a podcasting community, empowering countless individuals to pursue their podcasting dreams and succeed in the industry.
