Before turning to venture, Erika held senior leadership roles across global brands: managing large-scale operations, cross-border teams, and market entry strategy in some of the most competitive industries in the world.

Today she invests in and advises early-stage founders building in wellness, sustainability, education, and the future of work — with a focus on underrepresented and women-led companies.
