# Gail Leibowitz

Gail is the Founder and CEO of BrickzCity, a woman owned social enterprise dedicated to developing creative campuses in rising urban neighborhoods. Using real estate, entertainment, esports, and technology, BrickzCity creates jobs and opportunities for underserved communities through a sustainable, profitable business model.

Previously, Gail was the COO of Milberg LLC, a national plaintiff firm where she managed over 600 employees across eight offices. She played a key role in steering the firm through a challenging period when it was under indictment by the US government. Gail also served as VP of Administration at Rubenstein Communications, overseeing operations and working with top industry leaders.

Earlier in her career, Gail was Director of Finance and Administration at an entertainment/IP firm, where she worked with major sports leagues, fashion brands, and musicians. There she began obtaining visas and advising on complex immigration issues for entertainers. In 2010, she was part of a group bidding to purchase the Atlanta Thrashers, Hawks, and NJ Devils, creating the business plan and raising capital for the ventures.

Gail is passionate about community service, having served as Vice President of the board for the Playing for Change Foundation and trustee for the Allstars/Development School for Youth. She studied Business Administration at CUNY Baruch College and also received her certification in specialized studies in Legal Management from Marymount Manhattan College.
