Best Selling Author of The Art of Event Planning, Gianna is an award-winning event leader and has led coveted roles as Head of Events at Airtable, AWS, Google, and SoftBank Vision Fund, where she developed impactful strategies, launched high-profile events, and managed multi-million-dollar budgets.

At Google, she spent nearly a decade producing flagship events, focusing on Google’s top tier Executive Events and User Conferences including Google Cloud Next and the Think Event Series and Adwords Performance Forum, both of which earned industry awards for innovation and technology.

Gianna is a seasoned speaker and writer (GiannaGaudini.com/press), and has been featured in top tier press such as The Guardian and Silicon Valley Business Journal and Industry Publications like Connect, BizBash, SmartMeetings, Convene, and more. She Authored The Art of Event Planning, an Amazon bestseller on 2019 and also contributed to David Adler’s “Harnessing Serendipity”.
