Our partners help companies incorporate in Texas and position themselves for exit via strategic acquisition or IPO via OTCQB/QX, TXSE or TSX.

In 2021 Howard co-founded Team Wildfire, a climate tech hardware company backed by venture firms such as Draper Associates, Techstars, Cottonwood Technology Fund and Techstars. Team Wildfire is focused on providing innovative solutions for wildfire prevention. Lenox Hill Partners was founded in late 2022 to help other entrepreneurs find capital for launch or growth/exit.

Howard also serves as a volunteer fundraising mentor with both Techstars Anywhere Remote Accelerator and Techstars Physical Health Fort Worth, and he is a member of The Rotary Club of Dallas. He is the author of Making A Difference 2.0: The Ultimate Guide to Online Charitable Giving, and numerous articles about fundraising. He has also written extensively about urbanism and New York City, his hometown.

Now based in Kerrville, Texas, Howard is deeply committed to fostering a future where businesses not only succeed but also contribute positively to society. He has been married to Karen (Kilgore), a working artist, for 27 years, and they have three sons, two granddaughters and a 95lb chocolate lab named Leo.
