With over 17 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, I am a passionate and innovative entrepreneur who ideates, launches and scales businesses that promote wellness and sustainability. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Plant People, I lead a wellness brand that offers practitioner-grade supplements derived from organic, functional mushrooms, hemp, adaptogens and vitamins. 

I am also a Co-Founder of RISE Brewing Co., a nitro-cold brew coffee company that has grown rapidly across the United States and developed a loyal customer base. Previously, I founded CROSBY, a branding and business strategy firm that specialized in design, website development, presentation storytelling and video. I also served as the Founding Team / COO of ALOHA, a venture-backed ecommerce and digital content lifestyle brand and as the Operations Lead at Gilt Groupe, where I launched several new verticals (Home, Food&Wine, etc.) and expanded the company's international presence. 

Hudson has served as a speaker at Harvard Business School, Brown University's Nelson Center of Entrepreneurship and Columbia University. 

My mission is to create and grow brands that make a positive impact on people and the planet.
