Founder of Experiential Hospitality & Live Oak Lake, a 7-cabin landscape resort in central Texas (sold for $7M). 

I designed, bootstrapped, built, and exited Live Oak Lake to private equity in a landmark deal, valuing the property at $1M/key. 

In just our first year, we did $1M in bookings, netting nearly $600K with 80%+ direct booking rates. 

Our audience exploded, amassing over 160,000 dedicated followers worldwide. After our successful exit, I was inundated with the question: "How did you do this?"
