I spent my career as a commercial leader. 15 years owning revenue, P&L and GTM, and 8 years running Ten Bear, commercialising data and insights for the likes of S&P Global, Pfizer and the UN. 

Then agentic AI arrived, and I watched a lot of clever people build a lot of expensive things nobody asked for.

That gap, between what AI can do and what it should, is where I work now. I treat AI as a revenue driver, not a technical project, so the commercial case comes before the code.
