> Dad - Entrepreneurial Advisor - Boss Builder. Let’s Make You The Boss ✌️

I'm Johnny Tellez, founder of El Jefe Enterprises and We Build Bosses. I take 22 years of developing entrepreneurs and building businesses at scale, including franchisor-side operations, training and leadership development across multiple brands nationwide and internationally, and put it to work for small business owners. I give them the kind of executive strategic development big companies pay for, made simple and practical. That means sharper leadership and teams, stronger profit, smoother operations, better marketing, and clear priorities so the owner knows what to do next. AI is one tool I use, but the goal is a business that grows and runs without you carrying all of it. Ask me about scaling, operations, leadership, or building your next stage of growth.
