With a Ph.D. in physics-based AI modeling and over 15 years of experience leading groundbreaking research projects and consulting on business transformation in the financial services/insurance industry, I am excited about the opportunity to help drive transformation and modernization.

In my current role with FM Global, I have successfully led an innovation team of 40 engineers, data scientists, and software developers in creating a new digital platform for assessing our client risk exposures and hazards that has transformed our business model and delivers a return on investment of over $200M per annum.  I have been a critical driver of our recent digital transformation.  With my expertise in scientific-based cloud computing (AWS, Azure), we have leveraged a data intelligence platform (Databricks) to build artificial intelligence models that can predict client risk profiles with 95% accuracy.  This work has allowed us to design more resilient risk mitigation products and solutions.
