As the primary instructor of DEEP Coalition’s influencer course, I teach executives, entrepreneurs, and employees to explore what a strong voice on LinkedIn looks like and feels like - using expressive writing as the approach to communication and relationship-building.

𝙈𝙮 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙜𝙡𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧:

✨ In 2020, I reviewed 100 DEI reports. This is the 1st year and most of the professionals who agreed to connect with me on LinkedIn were employees in non-leadership positions. I was happy to be embraced by them and made it a priority to interact with this group regularly through their posts and InMail.

✨ In 2021, I studied the online behavior of 1,000 CEOs. This is the 2nd year and my network of 1st connections doubled and a few of the leaders noticed my ordinary voice and accepted my invitation to connect. Filled with joy, I invited many of them to an introductory 1-on-1 meeting in hopes of sharing my global vision, but most ghosted me and some immediately defriended me.

✨ In 2022, I studied the profiles of 1,000 employees. This is the 3rd year and the populations of both groups (the 1% and the 99%) grew closer together. It was beautiful to see that my extraordinary voice was being seen, heard, and valued as the bridge across education levels, income classes, and industry types.

✨ In 2023, I conducted anonymous 1-on-1 interviews with 100 employees. This is the 4th year and I want to say, "This voice of mine was neither created for the topdog nor the underdog, yet it is a voice that strongly demonstrates the power of one and the power of unity.

Today, employers and schools are using my profile, creative marketing tools, and trust-building strategies to upskill their people.
