I am an experienced corporate lawyer with almost 15 years of M&A, venture capital, and capital markets experience.

Having worked for elite law firms such as Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Cooley LLP, I hasve been involved in high-stakes transactions for clients such as AT&T, Halliburton, JPMorgan, Toyota Racing, and TPG.

From 2019 to 2022, I was in-house senior corporate counsel for securities and M&A for Flowserve Corp, a NYSE-listed Fortune 1000 manufacturer, while also running K. Henderson Law PLLC, a part-time solo corporate practice focused on SMB and lower middle market clients.

In 2023, I was rated as the \#1 lawyer in the State of Texas for principal-led M&A transactions, beating out elite international firms like Kirkland & Ellis and Gibson Dunn. Additionally, I have been selected as a “Rising Star” by Texas Super Lawyers for M&A and Securities.

I am a 2010 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.
