# Kim Moore

Kim Moore is a Venture Partner at Glynn Capital and Founder of U & I, based in San Francisco.  Kim was a Partner for seven years and led and supported Glynn Capital’s investment activities in growth-stage enterprise software technology companies and led the firm’s value creation strategy.  Kim has been involved with investments in Chronosphere, Cleo, DataRobot, BigID, Algolia, Flutterwave, and personally invested in Drata, When, and KarmaCheck through her family office.  Kim is passionate about building companies, adding immediate value to businesses during their inflection point, and connecting people in meaningful ways to succeed on two fronts: accelerating revenue and building out diverse leadership teams and boards.  Before joining Glynn Capital in 2017, she was at Innovation Endeavors, an early-stage venture capital firm solely backed by Eric Schmidt for four years, and remains an investor in their active funds.
