Leni Andronicos is a tech entrepreneur with 15 years of experience launching and scaling consumer tech products across fintech, media, and entertainment. 

She specializes in building new technology bets at speed, taking ideas from zero to global scale, and advising founders on how to raise capital and position their products for growth.

Leni began her career at MTV as a presenter, before leading the television network’s digital transformation as Digital Director. She then spearheaded digital strategy at Austereo, Australia’s largest radio network, growing its audience to 27 million weekly users. She has also consulted for global leaders including Spotify, American Express, Deutsche Telekom, eBay, and Coca-Cola.

In 2018, while consulting for a leading Bitcoin wallet, Leni entered the crypto space and has remained active ever since. She now serves on the Board of Directors of Numi, the first all-in-one app designed to help women learn about crypto and invest confidently with guided support.

Most recently, as co-founder and CEO of Logcast, she built a social app that reaches users in 70+ countries. Backed by leading VCs including Goodwater Capital ($5B+ AUM), Shibuya City, and angels from Warner Music, Logcast also secured a global partnership with Spotify.

With a proven track record in scaling established platforms and building new ventures, Leni continues to focus on brand-first consumer internet products.
