As an Executive Leadership Coach based in New York City, I have had the privilege of working with high-profile super-achievers in various capacities for over 25 years. Top among them is Oprah Winfrey, the World’s greatest coach. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been mentored by her during my tenure as her Chief of Staff.

After the Oprah Winfrey Show concluded in 2011, I felt compelled to transition from the entertainment world to the coaching world.  Over the past decade, I have been fortunate to help develop executives  from various organizations including; Chobani, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Google, Facebook, Cotopaxi, ButcherBox, JKR Global, Perkins Cooie, and many others.

I am passionate about sharing the practical tools and lessons learned with audiences worldwide through speaking engagements and being featured in publications such as Forbes, Forty over 40, and SmartCompany. 

My areas of expertise include improving communication, fine-tuning discernment, clearly defining direction, creating momentum, developing courageous leadership, and navigating difficult conversations.
