I’m an intellectual property attorney with 24+ years of experience helping artists, musicians, writers, and creative entrepreneurs understand and protect their work. I began my career representing clients in the music industry and maintain a select roster of clients focused on copyright, trademark, contracts, licensing, and other intellectual property matters.

In addition to my own studio practice, I’m also a teaching artist and museum educator at the High Museum of Art. As an artist, I know the questions artists face. I understand the legal perspective, and also the realities of building a sustainable creative life.
