As a Registered Behavior Therapist, I build structure where life feels unsteady.

My work is grounded in evidence-based behavioral principles but structure, to me, is never cold. It is design. It is foundation. It is safety.

Over the years, I have worked inside many kinds of homes single-parent households, foster and adoptive families, blended systems, and families navigating layered developmental and behavioral complexities. 

No two homes operate the same. Support cannot be copy and paste.

It must be intentional.

I have seen how exhausting it is for families to move from office to office, retelling their story like a script no one fully reads. Searching for answers. Hoping someone sees beyond the paperwork.

Families are not case files.

Children are not behaviors.

Caregivers are not problems to manage.

Behavior is communication.

And communication is shaped by environment, stress, attachment, transition, and lived experience.

So I do not just look at what is happening.
I ask why.

Then I design support around that truth.

My approach integrates behavioral structure with a trauma-aware lens steady, collaborative, and rooted in real life. I work alongside caregivers, educators, and professionals to create progress that lasts beyond consultations.

This is not quick-fix work.

This is foundation work.

I am currently completing my academic training toward licensure as a mental health counselor. 

This next chapter reflects a larger vision: expanding Caring Beyond Limits into a practice where behavioral consultation meets deeper, trauma-informed mental health support.

Structure and softness.
Data and humanity.
Strategy and care.

Because growth should feel supported - not clinical.
