I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics & Automation Engineering from An-Najah National University and a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, complemented by advanced certifications in Organizational Leadership, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Analysis.
I am passionate about building high-performing teams, forging strategic partnerships, and developing forward-thinking solutions that create measurable impact for stakeholders.
