I work with clients who are navigating a life transition or are wanting to be seen, heard, and loved fully. Topics my clients have brought to me range from career and leadership to difficult family relationships and the “now what” after dreams were shattered. I intuitively see what others don’t and guide you through trauma, anger, and fear to a place of confidence and expansion. I also work with organizations from start-ups and non-profits to Fortune 100 companies to create teams and cultures that support and hold space for whole humans and their suffering. 

I hold higher education degrees in Organizational Leadership (Vanderbilt EdD) and Applied Psychology (USC MS), and in a previous life worked on Wall Street and in management consulting.

I work with plant medicine, am usually covered in animals, and respect no.
