# Oliver Heartmont

> I created The World Famous @beautifuldestinations In 2012.

After his success with Beautiful Destinationd he created Flip (a dating app) that got acquired by Giddy in 2023. A serial entrepreneur and social media pioneer, Heartmont grew up in Stockholm, Sweden. He designed and coded his first website, for his mother’s clothing business, when he was 12 yrs-old, and programmed video games for his friends to play on school computers during class. From an early age Heartmont understood the power of social media. Combining a passion for travel with his unique understanding of online branding, Heartmont began traveling the world and documenting his experiences online.

Heartmont speaks English, German, Japanese, Croatian and Swedish. He is an acknowledged world leader in social media strategy and online marketing. He lives in New York, Tokyo and Stockholm.
