I have over 20 years of experience in human performance and rehabilitation, with an extensive background in integrating technology for assessment and ongoing monitoring. I have worked and consulted across private practice, collegiate athletics, and professional sports organizations, and I currently see a highly diverse client base—ranging from professional athletes to complex clinical cases that traditional physical therapy has not been able to resolve. I am often referred the difficult, multidimensional cases that others have been unable or unwilling to take on. My work has included presenting on exercise physiology, biomechanics, and long-term athletic development. I am currently completing my PhD in Osteopathy.
In an era of increasing specialization, I focus on restoring an understanding of the whole person—integrating systems, disciplines, and perspectives—to create meaningful, sustainable success.
