Dr. Paul Ralph is the award-winning director of the Dalhousie Software Engineering Lab, author of more than 80 scholarly articles and books, and leading expert in user research (AKA user experience research, UX research), software project management, feature engineering, and requirements engineering (AKA business analysis, systems analysis). Dr. Ralph has also made significant contributions to agile methods including Scrum, Extreme Programming, and Dual Track Development.
