Most recently, I served on the executive team at Paper, a Series D ed-tech company, overseeing public
relations, internal and external communications, and
the people team, including recruiting. Before joining
Paper, I spent 5 years at Airbnb, where I played a key
role in designing and implementing Airbnb's people and talent operations function, guiding the company through significant milestones such as hyper growth,
pandemic responses, workforce restructuring, IPO, and the future of work.

I am passionate about personal growth and continuously seek to acquire new skills. I enjoy public
speaking and am recognized as a thought leader in HR tech and the future of work.
