# Raashi Rosenbeger > Startup Advisor / Head of Brand I am the Head of Brand for Meta Quest, formerly Oculus, and am responsible for how the brand comes to life across channels. Prior to that, I was Head of Integrated Marketing at NEXT, a Fintech Unicorn that is reinventing the way small businesses buy insurance, where I led all of brand marketing, including product, research, content, social, and brand. When I was at Google, I helped build the global creative strategy for Google’s largest and most strategic products including Search, Maps, Lens, Photos, and Messaging on the Global Brand Marketing team for Consumer Apps. Prior to Google, I was once of the founding members of the Creative Strategy team at Pinterest, where I led a team of 10 across the country to work across CPG, retail, automotive, technology, and entertainment brands to develop award-winning creative campaigns. I am passionate about creative led thinking grounded in data and technology. I have earned honors for my work from Cannes, One Show Interactive, the Effies, and the D&AD Awards, and have been a featured speaker at SXSW, WWD, and Adweek NY. I got my start in strategy at Grey and Razorfish, where I developed insights and recommendations around storytelling and commerce experiences.
