A hospitality veteran with 20+ years in the food, beverage, and hotel industry, Ryan Stock’s experience guides his role as Chief Executive Officer at Los Magos. A graduate of the Kendall College Culinary & Hospitality School, his career began as a cook and quickly evolved into leadership roles. 

From overseeing the Waldorf Astoria to being part of the James Beard awarded service team at TRU Chicago to helping his team at The Peninsula Hotels earn the title of \#1 Hotel in the U.S., Ryan’s expertise led him to pioneer the Food & Beverage Program at Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, one of only 16 TRIPLE-5 Star properties in the world at the time.

Stock’s unparalleled knowledge of consumer trends and market movement put him at the forefront of operational positions, working with influential names such as Gordon Ramsay, Bobby Flay, and the legendary Richard Melman.

Once in charge of developing beverage programs across the county, Stock has forged relationships with world-renowned liquor brands. He fell in love with sotol 12 years ago when visiting Chihuahua. The culture, people, and story captivated him instantly. With a pulse on the competitive world of spirits, his knowledge has helped reconceptualize and launch Los Magos in the US market.
