Led Discord’s product from very early days through hypergrowth: 5M-150M+ MAU and from $0 to $500M+ annual revenue. Defined the company’s business model, launched and scaled it’s most successful monetization product Nitro. Built the Product Management and Data functions at Discord, as the first product hire, first PM Manager, and Head of Product & Data, helping scale Discord from 20-1000 employees.

Before Discord, I led various successful early stage products through finding PMF and scale across Social, Gaming, and Messaging. I started my career on Facebook’s first Growth team in 2008, built a successful multi-title live-ops games franchise (Ravenwood), and built a team that was responsible for 2/3’s of Yahoo’s mobile traffic.
