I founded Ipnos in 2009, and created Relax Melodies, which became BetterSleep after our acquisition by Teladoc in 2021.  We bootstrap for 12 years until our acquisition.

I've then worked for over two years closely with BetterHelp, scaling BetterSleep's revenues and understanding how to make high growth happens.
