Tabitha is the Co Founder of Lichen AI, changing how AI systems are designed by enhancing and automating requirements capture to increase the chance that companies build things people actually want.

Also an Author of How To Talk To Robots - A Girl's Guide to a World Dominated by AI, a book which she is transforming into a reality TV show. 

Working internationally on the Board of Luminate, ensuring Big Tech, social platforms, and AI companies respect human rights and social justice. 

Helping locally on the Board of Innovate Cambridge and The Cambridge Pledge working to support the innovation ecosystem and ensure the general public feel the benefits. 

Former Chair of the UK government's AI Council and member of the Digital Economy Council for which Tabitha was awarded and MBE for services to Artificial Intelligence.

Serial entrepreneur, Tabitha was the co-founder and Festival Director of CogX, a leadership summit for emerging technology and co-founder of video distribution company Rightster (IPO 2011.)

Tabitha and her family started Phoenix Project in order to raise money for interventions that support parents and clinicians who are caring for children in hospital.
