I’m a Stanford GSB grad and former BCG consultant, currently Chief of Staff at a digital health startup. Over the last decade, my work has spanned consulting, tech, consumer, and early-stage startups - often at moments where people are making big decisions and trying to show up clearly under pressure.

I care deeply about helping people think and communicate more honestly. That’s shown up in different ways over my life: coaching candidates into MBB, mentoring college and MBA applicants, collaborating with admissions teams, and helping people clarify their story when it actually matters - in interviews, applications, or inflection points.

At Stanford, storytelling became a through-line for me, both academically and personally - including through the GSB TALK tradition and my own writing projects. My approach to coaching reflects that: fewer templates, more truth. The goal isn’t just to sound impressive, but to sound like yourself.

I live in Brooklyn, drink too much coffee, take ice cream very seriously, and will absolutely say hi to your dog if it walks by.
