I am a Senior Technology Manager and Startup Founder with over two decades of experience leading high-stakes initiatives for the Military, the U.S. Government and the private sector. I oversaw a $100M budget and led a team of 60+ data scientists and engineers, driving the nucleus of a critical government AI project. I don't just manage; I build. I have personally developed custom RAG systems and LLM interfaces to solve complex national security data problems.

Simultaneously, I am the Co-Founder of Sciencella, where I developed a patent-approved AI application to assist cancer patients with dietary needs. I am a cancer survivor which motivated me to start this company. My expertise is rooted in "leading at any level"—from commanding U.S. Army units to keynoting at major conferences like ODSC West. I help leaders cut through the noise to implement new technologies, solve core business problems, and build resilient, high-performing teams. 

Finally, I have a strong passion for building the next generation of leaders. I created an experiential youth program that builds grit, resiliency, teamwork, and leadership through activities such as rappelling, ziplining, and orienteering. We also expose students to AI as we implement it in unique scenario driven concepts in an outdoor environment.
